Coach Meg is a certified F45 coach with a passion for helping individuals discover the transformative power of fitness on both their physical and mental health. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Meg has developed a unique approach to coaching that focuses on creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged.

A firm believer in the mind-body connection, Meg is dedicated to making fitness accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Her energetic and motivating coaching style, combined with her genuine care for the well-being of her clients, has made her a favorite among F45 members.

When she's not coaching at the F45 studio, Coach Meg enjoys volunteering with local mental health initiatives, including our partnership with 57 North Hampton. She's excited to help our community build strength, resilience, and confidence through the F45 x 57 North Hampton monthly mental health workouts.
