Welcome to the booking page for our F45 Training x 57 North Hampton Monthly Mental Health Workout!

We're excited to have you join us in promoting mental well-being through exercise. Our F45 studio has partnered with 57 North Hampton to offer these special workouts designed to help you discover the powerful connection between physical activity and improved mental health.

What to Expect:

  • A 45-minute functional, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout tailored to suit all fitness levels. Sundays are resistance days - this will be perfect if you're new to fitness or ready to take it to the next level.

  • A supportive, judgment-free environment where everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

  • Expert guidance from our certified F45 Coach, Meg, who is dedicated to creating a positive and motivating atmosphere.

  • A focus on the mental health benefits of exercise, including reduced anxiety, depression, and negative mood, as well as increased self-esteem and cognitive function.

  • Opportunities to connect with fellow participants and share experiences in a welcoming and inclusive setting.

Details:

  • Location: Stovehouse (turn off of Governors Drive onto 9th street. Once in the parking lot, you can't miss us!)

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get set up.

  • Dress in comfortable workout clothes

  • All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided as needed.
