Will Mark Wahlberg be coming to the studio?
We sure hope so. If you know his cell phone number or personal email, we’re happy to send him an invitation to workout with us!
What should I bring to the studio?
A water bottle and a sweat towel… and your amazing smile. We’ve got the rest taken care of!
Are there showers/locker rooms?
There are showers in each restroom and also cubbies on the training floor for your personal belongings. Due to Covid-19, our towel service and showers will be unavailable.
I’m new to fitness or have an injury/disability, is F45 right for me?
Absolutely. The incredible thing behind our workouts is our ability to cater to all levels of fitness. Every single exercise has a regression or progression and our personal trainers are there to adjust the workout for you as need. Everything is at your own pace and we’re happy to accommodate you!
How is this different from other group training studios?
We’re a very happy medium between hard core lifters and runners. We incorporate both resistance and cardio into our workouts, but you won’t be put on a treadmill or asked to perform olympic lifts. lt’s all about getting that heart rate up and keeping it elevated for the duration of the class. 45 minutes a few times a week is all it takes to see results! Plus, you’ll never do the same workout twice. 52+ workouts a year with 3,000+ exercises in our database will always keep you on your toes and excited for each session.
